We’re on day three of my #12daysoftech where I’m sharing with you the tools I use at home and in my business on a daily basis. I hope I’m able to introduce you to a tool you haven’t seen or give you a new idea for how to use an old standard. Today’s tool is Google Drive. I love Google Drive because it saves me time and creates more efficient processes with clients. Instead of emailing me images, clients can access our shared Google Drive folders and upload them directly to the appropriate folder. I can then access those images right from my social media management tool. No downloading and uploading and keeping up with cleaning files from my laptop. Everything is kept in Drive, readily accessible when I need it. There’s also a mobile app too that makes it super easy to take images on my phone and upload them to the appropriate Google Drive folder, allowing me to free up space on my phone. Clients find Google Drive easy to use which is a huge factor in getting them to adopt my processes. If you aren’t currently using Google Drive, go, well Google it! The free plan comes with 15GB of free storage which should be plenty for most people. As always, any questions….just ask!
